Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will give you complete command over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a brand new email box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail box to another, create email filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email box accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming email messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
